Vision: An inclusive DFW golf community where “elite” stands for excellence rather than exclusion, a community in which any adult can enjoy the game, forge meaningful connections, and excel on the fairways regardless of background or resources.

Mission: To expand access to the game of golf for adults in the Dallas–Fort Worth area by providing affordable playing opportunities, mentorship and education, equipment support, and a welcoming, diverse community that reflects our city’s vibrant population. In essence, the Elite Access Fund breaks down financial and social barriers so that more adults can participate and thrive in the sport.

Key Impact Areas (Adult Program)

• Affordable League Play: Low-cost monthly league play for adults, ensuring that cost is not a barrier to regular participation.

• Clinics & Workshops: Free or discounted golf clinics and workshops for adult beginners to learn the game’s fundamentals in a supportive setting.

• Equipment Access: Shared access to golf equipment (loaner clubs, balls, and other gear) for those who need it, so that lack of personal equipment doesn’t prevent anyone from playing.

• Scholarships for Training: Opportunities to earn scholarships that cover golf lessons, coaching sessions, or league membership fees, helping committed individuals advance their skills without financial strain.

• Diversity & Inclusion Pipeline: A dedicated effort to welcome more Black and Brown adults into the sport – “elite” means excellence, not exclusion, growing the diversity of golfers on local courses and making the game more representative of our community.

• Community Partnerships: Partnerships with local businesses, golf courses, and community organizations to make all of the above possible. These collaborations provide funding, venues, and volunteer support to sustain the program’s offerings.
