Keema Echols
Director
As Director, Keema oversees the overall direction, growth, and operations of DFW Elite Golf League. She sets the league’s vision, chairs board meetings, and ensures every play date and event reflects the fun, inclusive spirit of the organization. From coordinating logistics to driving innovation, she leads the charge in shaping what’s next for the league.
Keema started golfing in 2007. She’s a serial entrepreneur, mom of two, grandmother of nine, and the lively force behind the GrandmaGoneWild brand. She holds a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix and brings a passion for excellence, structure, and sisterhood to every aspect of the league.

Linda Prince Johnson
Director of Golf Education & Player Development
Linda is responsible for enhancing every member’s golf journey—whether that means mastering the basics, learning the rules, or improving course strategy. She coordinates clinics, sets educational goals, and ensures DFW Elite Golf League members of all skill levels feel supported in their development.
Linda holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from South Carolina State University and an MA in Business Administration from Webster University. With over two decades of executive experience in quality management and project leadership, she’s also a certified PMP and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Her teaching style is clear, empowering, and always rooted in encouragement.

Debora Drake
Director of Financial Operations
Debora Drake brings more than two decades of experience as a senior-level financial professional, with deep expertise in financial reporting, property accounting, and operational oversight. A trusted leader in commercial real estate finance, she has held senior accounting roles with JLL, Stream Realty, NAI Hiffman, CBRE, and other major firms across the U.S. Debora holds an MBA in Finance from Dallas Baptist University and a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas State University. She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Though based in Chicago, Debora maintains strong ties to the DFW golf community and has been an avid golfer for over 20 years. Her dedication to excellence, accuracy, and accountability makes her a natural fit for her role as Director of Financial Operations, where she oversees the league’s financial infrastructure and helps ensure fiscal integrity as DFW Elite Golf League continues to grow.

Monnica Rose
Director of Membership Services
Monnica Rose brings decades of leadership, strategy, and community engagement to DFW Elite Golf League. A retired mechanical engineer with a distinguished career managing multimillion-dollar aerospace projects, Monnica is also a certified speaker, accomplished trainer, and award-winning Toastmaster. Her passion for mentoring and empowering others shines through in everything she does—from boardrooms to community outreach.
She currently serves as Board President of Women of Visionary Influence and is a former International Director for Toastmasters International, where she supported leaders around the globe. A longtime Dallas-area resident and active member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Monnica is committed to helping our league grow by building connections, enhancing engagement, and making sure every member feels welcome, supported, and seen.

Lauren Cain
Director of Member Engagement & Events
Lauren leads all league activities beyond the fairway—from social events and themed outings to travel experiences and team bonding. Her role is to create connection, make memories, and keep the league’s sisterhood vibrant and inclusive.
Lauren is a wife and homeschooling mom of three. She's also a corporate liaison who works with national brands to bridge the gap between companies and the homeschool community. She holds a BS in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University and has spent the last five years creating curriculum, building community, and supporting homeschooling families across the country. Her work is thoughtful, joyful, and rooted in deep care for women and families.
