Keema Echols
Director

 

As Director, Keema oversees the overall direction, growth, and operations of DFW Elite Golf League. She sets the league’s vision, chairs board meetings, and ensures every play date and event reflects the fun, inclusive spirit of the organization. From coordinating logistics to driving innovation, she leads the charge in shaping what’s next for the league.

 

Keema started golfing in 2007. She’s a serial entrepreneur, mom of two, grandmother of nine, and the lively force behind the GrandmaGoneWild brand. She holds a BS in Business from the University of Phoenix and brings a passion for excellence, structure, and sisterhood to every aspect of the league.

Linda Prince Johnson
Director of Golf Education & Player Development


Linda is responsible for enhancing every member’s golf journey—whether that means mastering the basics, learning the rules, or improving course strategy. She coordinates clinics, sets educational goals, and ensures DFW Elite Golf League members of all skill levels feel supported in their development.

 

Linda is one of ELGL’s original founding members. She holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from South Carolina State University and an MA in Business Administration from Webster University. With over two decades of executive experience in quality management and project leadership, she’s also a certified PMP and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Her teaching style is clear, empowering, and always rooted in encouragement.

Lauren Echols-Cain
Director of Member Engagement & Events


Lauren leads all league activities beyond the fairway—from social events and themed outings to travel experiences and team bonding. Her role is to create connection, make memories, and keep the league’s sisterhood vibrant and inclusive.

 

Lauren is a wife and homeschooling mom of three. She's also a corporate liaison who works with national brands to bridge the gap between companies and the homeschool community. She holds a BS in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University and has spent the last five years creating curriculum, building community, and supporting homeschooling families across the country. Her work is thoughtful, joyful, and rooted in deep care for women and families.

Director of League Funds

This board member helps oversee the financial integrity of the league. She tracks league expenses, helps monitor budgets, and ensures we stay on top of operational costs and long-term planning.

Director of Scheduling & Course Coordination
This board member will manage our tee time bookings, track regional course rotations, and keep the Squabbit app up to date with player pairings and weekly schedules.

This role focuses on member onboarding, directory updates, birthday acknowledgments, and making sure everyone feels welcomed and informed throughout the season.
