Meet the Leadership

DFW Elite Golf League is led by volunteers who care deeply about creating a welcoming and well-organized experience for our members.

Each person on our leadership team plays a role in making sure play dates run smoothly, new members feel comfortable, and the league continues to grow in a thoughtful way. We are golfers ourselves, and we understand what it feels like to look for a group where you can simply show up and play.

We work together to plan the season, support new golfers, coordinate courses, and keep communication clear so members always know what to expect.

Get to know the people helping make DEGL a place where you can play, improve, and belong.

Keema Echols
Director

Keema Echols serves as Director of the DFW Elite Golf League, where she oversees planning, operations, and the overall direction of the organization. She works with the board to coordinate the season, organize play dates, and make sure members have a consistent and welcoming experience on and off the course.

Keema began playing golf in 2007 and understands how important it is to have a reliable group to play with. A strategic communications and business consultant by profession, she has a background in public relations, grant writing, and organizational development, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Phoenix. She also shares golf and everyday life through her “GrandmaGoneWild” social media presence and is a proud mother of two and grandmother of nine. Her involvement in DEGL is rooted in continuing something that matters to her and helping create a space where people feel comfortable showing up and playing.
