About Our League

DFW Elite Golf League is a welcoming golf community serving the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We created the league for people who want to play regularly, feel comfortable on the course, and enjoy the game with others who are doing the same.

This is a co-ed league made for real life. Many of our members work full schedules, are returning to golf after time away, or never had a consistent group to play with. Our goal is simple: create reliable opportunities to play without the pressure or intimidation that often comes with the game.

We rotate play dates throughout different areas of the metroplex so members are not always driving across town. We play twice a month on Saturdays, and each outing is organized so you know what to expect when you arrive. We also offer additional play opportunities, including weekday and twilight rounds, for those who want to get out more often.

Some members enjoy friendly competition. Others are here for the social experience. Most want both. Every play date balances structure and flexibility so golfers at different skill levels can participate comfortably.

A place to grow

We care about development. Whether you are learning the basics or working to become more consistent, you will find encouragement and guidance here. We offer beginner support, optional clinics, and on-course experience so members can build confidence over time.

You do not have to already be good at golf to belong here.

DEGL also creates space for connection beyond the round:

• A community where people actually get to know one another

We keep things organized and easy to follow. Signups, communication, and league updates are handled through simple tools so members can focus on enjoying the experience rather than managing logistics.

Access matters

Through our nonprofit efforts, we work to make golf more accessible. We provide beginner support, mentorship, donated equipment through the DEGL Closet, and occasional financial assistance so cost does not keep someone from participating. Our intention is to remove barriers and help more people feel comfortable stepping onto a golf course.

DFW Elite Golf League is not about fitting into traditional golf culture. It is about building a space where people can learn, improve, and enjoy the game together.

You do not have to know everything about golf before joining.

You just have to be willing to show up.
