Golf is more than a game. It brings people together, builds friendships, and creates opportunities to learn something new. At DFW Elite Golf League, we're working to make those experiences available to more people throughout our community.
From golf equipment giveaways to planned youth and adult programs, our goal is simple: remove barriers, welcome new golfers, and make the game more accessible.
Looking Ahead: 2027 Programs
Free Youth Golf Camp
We're planning a free youth golf camp for summer 2027 to introduce children to golf in a welcoming environment. Our goal is to provide young participants with the opportunity to learn the fundamentals, build confidence, and discover a sport they can enjoy for years to come.
We're currently seeking junior golf equipment, apparel, volunteers, and financial support to help bring this program to life.
Adult Beginner Golf Program
We're also exploring a free adult beginner golf program for fall 2027. The program would introduce new golfers to the basics of the game and help them feel comfortable getting started, regardless of previous experience.
Both programs are in the planning stages. We'll share additional information as details are finalized.
Our Community Impact
No Tricks, All Treats: Golf Gear Giveaway
Our community came together for the No Tricks, All Treats Golf Gear Giveaway at Tierra Verde Golf Club in Arlington. Thanks to generous donors, local businesses, and dedicated volunteers, we were able to give away donated golf equipment and apparel at no cost.
From golf clubs and bags to clothing and accessories, every item found a new home. The turnout showed us just how much interest there is in making golf more accessible throughout our community.
We're grateful to everyone who donated, volunteered, helped spread the word, or attended. Your participation helped make this event possible.
